Event Description

IDAA Outline and Registration

The Fillmore Group is hosting a hands-on IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) class in Baltimore on February 24th and 25th for IBM z Systems customers who have not yet purchased an IDAA and are interested in learning more about how this hybrid technology (Netezza + the mainframe) is enabling customers to quickly extend their warehouse capabilities, increase critical query speed, and/or achieve high-speed archive/retrieval functionality.

The class is being offered at no charge, however attendees must cover their own travel and lodging costs.  As the class is accessing remote mainframe and IDAA systems via a secure VPN, students cannot attend class remotely and must be in the classroom in Baltimore.

If you are interested in attending please let me know.  Registration is required (see the attached outline and registration link above).  We have seats available and hope to fill them with future IDAA users!

Has anyone ever submitted ideas of new functions in DBMS software like DB2?   have an idea for a future enhancement to DB2 that I would like to see.  Is this discussion area a good place to discuss this ?  Thanks.Continue
