This one-day Proof of Technology (PoT) will teach you how to use the latest features within InfoSphere Optim Query Workload Tuner for z/OS to allow you to optimize the performance of an SQL workload, protect performance when making application changes and receive best practice advice on workload
efficiency. Furthermore you will learn how to use InfoSphere Optim Configuration Manager for z/OS to control clients accessing DB2 to ensure optimum configurations, how to manage, and identify, changes within your DB2 mainframe environment, how to isolate rogue applications and protect your application performance, all from a central location.
