Event Description

IBM Webcast and Demo April 6th @ 11:00 AM Eastern U.S. time Build IBM Cloud Pak for Data analytics applications and AI models from mainframe data sources without specialized mainframe data access skills. Become more productive with direct access to IBM Z data. If you have dealt with the following questions:

  • How do we build analytics and AI applications from mainframe data?
  • How do we eliminate time lost on waiting for retrieval and transformation of mainframe data?
  • How do we simplify access to mainframe data?
  • How do we employ direct SQL access to mainframe data?

Data Virtualization Manager for z/OS provides direct SQL access to data residing on IBM Z without having to move, replicate or transform data.

When building machine learning models from IBM Z data sources such VSAM, IMS, MQ, ADABAS© and IDMS©, IBM Cloud Pak for Data provides integrated connectivity through Data Virtualization Manager for z/OS. This connectivity significantly simplifies the development of analytics applications driven from IBM Z data -- allowing developers and data scientists to readily access traditional non-relational IBM Z data sources via SQL.

Join this webcast to learn more about how you can leverage mainframe data sources with IBM Cloud Pak for Data and Data Virtualization Manager for z/OS. Register here https://event.on24.com/wcc/r/2615514/D463CACB850F1A4EFFA12FCAAC02CD4D?partnerref=WoDb2
