DSNU014I Utility already executing... except it isn't!!!

Submitted three jobs that had utility IDs of RQ1, RQ2 and RQ3. Then I ended up having to cancel the jobs. I then went and terminated the utilities. Now when I re-submit my three jobs, 1 runs fine but job 2 and 3 fail with the "utility already running" error. I can manually change the utility ids to 4 and 5 respectively and they run fine, but as 2 and 3... not so much. Nothing is showing in -dis util(*), so where else could it be looking and how do I get this stuff cleared out?

FWIW, this is still occurring after an IPL, so I can't help but think there is a table with these values somewhere that didn't get cleared out.

Are you still facing this problem ?

Did u do a dis thread type(system) and see if any related to system tasks are running?

When DB2 came up after IPL are there any indoubt or postponed threads present ?

Regards

Eswar

After a second IPL, whatever seemed to have those utility job names hung up has finally disappeared. At the time of the original issue and the first IPL, there weren't any threads pending that might be related to the jobs I was trying to run (or had run previously).
