Temporal tables

I have a doubt and it is like.. “For a system temporal table, we have Row begin and Row end. We also have TRANSACTION START ID column” What is the use of TRANSACTION START ID column? As per my understanding, Row Begin and Row End should suffice for the queries. Why do we need Transaction Start ID?

    I attended another v10 session by IBM, the answer is that there is no need of that column for v10 and it will be used in future

    Row begin has the same information . Why duplication?
