The Agile DBA for DB2 for z/OS

In the past few years a lot has been written on Agile method in information technology. As mainframe DBAs we were confronted with the Object-Relational Impedance Mismatch and we put our focus on the resolution of the problems related to this mismatch. Recently, I read an article that touches, although already a few years old, important issues for DB2 for z/OS database administration we are faced with today.
